1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Xzone sp. z o.o. Contact details are provided at the beginning of this document. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

The controller may process names, company names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, tax identification numbers, order details, purchase histories, payment and complaint information, account data, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and website usage information.

DATENSCHUTZERKLÄRUNG
1. Verantwortlicher

Kontodaten bleiben während des Bestehens des Kontos gespeichert, vorbehaltlich gesetzlicher Pflichten. Einwilligungsbasierte Daten werden bis zum Widerruf oder Wegfall des Zwecks verarbeitet.
6. Rechte betroffener Personen
Im Rahmen der DSGVO bestehen Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Widerruf einer Einwilligung.
