The Xzone® Helmet Cleaning Kit was developed for riders who want to clean their helmets thoroughly while minimizing the risk of damaging the visor or helmet shell.
The system consists of two stages: first, gentle removal of contamination, followed by final surface finishing. This helps keep the visor clear and the helmet looking clean and well maintained.
Why use a two-step cleaning system?
All-in-one cleaning products often involve a compromise between cleaning performance and surface care. The Xzone® system separates cleaning and finishing, giving you more control over the entire process.

The kit can be used to clean various compatible exterior helmet components, including shells, clear and tinted visors, as well as motorcycle windscreens and plastic fairings.

Xzone® Giga Helmet Cleaning Gel – 250 ml
A thick gel formula helps soften road dirt and dried insect residue, making them easier to remove gently from the helmet surface.
The alcohol-free formula is developed for compatible helmet visors and protective coatings. This is the first stage of the two-step cleaning process.
Xzone® Giga Helmet Detailer – 250 ml
A finishing product that helps remove light cleaning residues and gives the visor and helmet shell a more uniform appearance.
It helps achieve a clean, streak-free finish on compatible visors, including those used with Pinlock systems. Do not apply it directly to a Pinlock insert.
Thick Microfiber Cloth
A soft, absorbent cloth for the initial removal of softened dirt from helmet surfaces. Suitable for compatible visors and painted components when clean and used gently.
Evolon® Detailing Cloth
A special low-lint detailing cloth designed for gentle surface care and streak-free finishing. Ideal for compatible visors and final polishing.
How to use the kit?
Helmet cleaning is divided into a few simple steps.
Apply the cleaning gel
Apply a small amount of Giga Gel to the dirty helmet surface.
Allow it to work
Wait briefly to allow dirt and dried insect residue to soften.
Remove dirt with microfiber
Gently remove the loosened contamination using the thick microfiber cloth.
Finish the surface with the detailer
Apply Giga Detailer and gently finish the surface using the Evolon® cloth.

Can I clean a Pinlock insert with these products?
No. For Pinlock inserts, we recommend rinsing only with distilled water, without rubbing or touching the surface, and allowing the insert to air dry naturally. Always follow the Pinlock manufacturer's instructions.
Can I use the kit on motorcycle windscreens?
Yes. The kit can also be used to clean compatible motorcycle windscreens and plastic fairings. Always follow the surface manufacturer's care instructions.
