Restoration of motorcycle suits
Opublikowane przez Agnieszka Babecka

If the leather on your suit is scuffed after a crash, or the scuffing is simply the result of natural wear or fading - you can restore it with us!

What is restoration?

By restoration we mean rescuing scuffed leather areas, filling minor losses, and renewing the color. For elements that have a “through hole,” restoration is not recommended. Remember that a suit is part of motorcycle gear responsible for our safety, and half-measures in the case of major damage won’t help. In such cases, we recommend a repair - meaning replacing the damaged/punctured panels.

A properly performed restoration is a procedure that is 100% safe for the leather and does not change its protective properties. We provide a warranty for our services.

We recommend moisturizing suits to prevent the leather from drying out—this applies both to new suits and to those that have undergone “treatments.” Remember that if leather maintenance is neglected, the risk of the paint flaking is much higher.

Restoration can be done not only on suits but also on boots, gloves, and other leather items.

Leather loses color due to:

  • UV exposure
  • neglect – lack of impregnation/protection
  • wrong cleaning methods
  • incorrect choice of chemicals
  • mechanical abrasion
  • a slide

We do not recommend washing leather clothing in a washing machine. It can lead to damage like the kind shown in the photo.

For leather clothing, we recommend hand cleaning with appropriate products.

If you need a professional service, such as cleaning your gear, we’ll do it for you - with a safety and freshness guarantee.

If you need a color refresh, leather restoration is also a great choice. Changing the color of motorcycle gear is a complex process that we carry out with attention to the smallest detail.

Proper leather preparation, color selection, and material protection are the key to achieving the desired effect. We create every color ourselves by mixing paints. Matching your suit color to your fairing color is therefore no problem!

We can create a matte or glossy effect - your choice!
