EU-funded project completed: EICMA 2025 and a step towards export
In 2025, we implemented a project co-financed by the European Union under the
European Funds for Silesia programme. Thanks to this support, we were able to prepare a professional presence of the
Xzone brand at EICMA 2025 in Milan (November 2025) — the world’s largest motorcycle industry event — and take an important step towards developing international sales.
What did the project include?
As part of the project activities, we delivered, among others:

preparation and organisation of participation in EICMA (stand, logistics, materials),

preparation of promotional materials and communication for international markets,

sales activities and B2B networking during the event.
Results and next steps
Participation in EICMA 2025 enabled us to:

increase brand recognition in an international environment,

establish new business contacts and start conversations with potential partners,
-
collect market insights and feedback that we will use in further expansion (including the direction: Spain).

- Ineligible expenditure (VAT): 33,744.19 PLN
